Founded in the heart of Geneva by Dora Rousse herself, our maison has spent nearly four decades pursuing one obsession: the ruby. Not merely a gemstone, but a living flame — the colour of passion, of royalty, of time itself.
Every stone that enters our atelier is personally selected by our founder. We travel to Mogok, to Montepuez, to the secret mines of the old world, seeking only the rarest pigeon-blood reds — stones with a depth that seems to hold the light of a thousand sunsets.
Our creations are never mass-produced. Each piece is a conversation between the stone's natural character and the artisan's lifelong mastery. The result is jewellery that does not merely adorn — it speaks.

Our founder personally examines every ruby, rejecting over ninety percent. Only stones with exceptional colour, clarity and provenance enter the atelier.
Each design begins as a hand-drawn gouache, refined over weeks. The setting is conceived to honour the stone's natural geometry — never to constrain it.
Hand-forged in platinum or 18K gold using techniques unchanged since the Belle Époque. Every prong, every milgrain bead, every engraving is made by hand.
The stone is set under microscope, then the piece receives its final polish — revealing the deep, inner fire that only a master's hand can coax from gold and gem.
